Connecticut
The Secretary of the State has issued a Notice of Intent to Adopt Regulations in regard to the publication and distribution of the Connecticut State Register and Manual. The purpose of the amended regulation is to eliminate excess publication costs. What this means for public libraries is that they will no longer receive published copies of the Connecticut State Register and Manual. The Manual will continue to be available electronically on the Secretary of State's website.
